MEDITATION & CONSCIOUS CREATING:
With the practice of meditation and consciously creating, we energize our psychic movement toward the source of creation - all that is and all that supports us. I am very connected to the sacred mother earth and love using her metaphors. So follow me for a moment as I share one of her examples.
See the noxious weed and you think " i will just pull that little pesty weed out and be done with it." As you pull you may see that the weed has deep roots - not even visible above ground, as as you pull you begin to see what is coming up from deep and down hugging the earth. Just like our thoughts. We may have to sit in meditation awhile becoming aware of the weeds of thoughts, pulling them out one by one, in patience, as we get closer to the root system of a particular belief. In addition, replacing with harmonious thoughts of creation, like with the weeds, you would begin to create an environment that minimizes the spreading of the weeds and the planting of plants, scrubs or flowers. Its work, don't let anyone tell you its not - and that is why it is best to work w/someone whose energy is vibrating higher than yours and is solid in the discipline so as to make the changes easier on you. It's still work, sometimes it feels like magic but the journey is so sweet, that I promise you.
