For the last 20 years I have been a pioneer in women's spirituality and consciousness raising and have offered spiritual direction since becoming a minister in 1998.
Some of the themes that I have directed on going workshops around were:
1) Listening to Our Intuitive Voices - which lead to inspiration.
2) What is it that we are searching for, beyond goals; is the essence of who we are.
3) Identifying our needs, not the superficial but the essential.
4) Looking for Possibilities - Accepting, Reinventing and Transforming our challenges.
5) Longing for Greater Fulfillment - Life changes, career changes, gleaning a new direction for personal and professional rebirth.
6) Women Connecting; this one was a 9 month program where women discovered and affirmed their lifes, freeing them from old ways of thinking and being/ action and thought. They relearned to trust their intuition, envision their lost dreams and call on the support of the other women in the group to put those dreams in motion. It was quite transformative! After 9 months everybody birthed something new!
7) When you want more than a New Years Resolution, You must let go!
8) Learning to Meditate.
9) Silent spaces for women who want a spiritual practice. This too was a long workshop where women of different faiths and beliefs came together and shared without judgment and each women grew, some deeper in their faith, others found faith and others changed what they believed. Quite powerful!
10) Chakra Workshops - This is my love. I have done these extensively - again the most transformative is the ones done every month.
